The environment is also far from elite. In the future, when everything on Petrovsky Island is rebuilt and landscaped, the location of the new residential complex will become much more attractive in its characteristics. However, this is still a long way off. On the plus side, we note that the residential complex is not located very close to the new bridge that will connect with Vasilyevsky. The view of the Malaya Neva is another definite plus of the Petrovsky Quarter on the Water. However, there is also a fly in the ointment: the opposite bank of the river is not particularly picturesque - this is the industrial part of Vasilievsky. Nevertheless, if we consider “Petrovsky Quarter on the Water” for the future, then this is a rather interesting option.
